Stefanie Ramsden Dougherty is a plant-based lifestyle coach, recipe developer, cooking instructor and nutrition educator with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.
She founded the company Green Sage to offer guidance to those wishing to transition to a healthier plant-based diet and lifestyle.
Her approach is characterized by a gradual, manageable shift to using more whole-food ingredients in daily home cooked meals, while simultaneously cultivating habits that bring more mindfulness to everyday life.
She welcomes clients no matter where they currently are in the journey, with kindness, optimism, honesty and zero judgment.
Stefanie shares her own simple, healthy recipes in a weekly email newsletter and on Instagram (@greensagelife), and posts lifestyle, food and mindfulness tips in the Facebook group Bite-Sized Tips for Healthy Living, in addition to her plant-based food blog.
While cooking and baking are among her biggest passions, she is a long-time Ashtanga yoga practitioner (and occasional instructor), and she also loves traveling, hiking, running, and spending time with family and friends.
